I think that it’s undeniable that Phuket in all its commotion, turmoil, tourism and madness has a few (if not a lot) of fabulous places where the individual in search of quiet, relaxation and good services comes to numb his existence before going back to reality and home 🙂

Impiana Private Villas Kata Noi
Only 30 minutes away from Patong and approximately an hour away from the Phuket International Airport, sat on the impressive rocks of Kata Noi, condemned to look daily at the Andaman sea and a perfect sunset, are 11 villas belonging to the Impiana Resort.

All of the villas (Grand, Deluxe, Family, and Honeymoon) enjoy the same view and you are never out of the sight of your butler, meant to anticipate all of your moves, more so than a game of chess 🙂

Whether you chose to dine at The Living Room restaurant or even on your terrace, have breakfast or even a romantic dinner on the exterior deck, prepare to be treated like royalty.

If we were to describe the Impiana experience in one word, that word would be “pampering” (and no, we’re not saying it because the massage at Swasana Spa inside the villa was simply perfect 🙂 ), but because everyone finds a way to gravitate around you without bothering you or suffocate you, anticipating your desires, accommodating them and, ultimately, making you feel like one of a kind.

Impiana Resort Patong
On the Patong beach, a stone’s throw away from Bangla, in the middle of the action, yet still quiet and private, lies the Impiana Resort.

Lucky or not, we were upgraded to what they call the Royal Villa, an enormous 270 square meters villa, with a private pool, dining room and basically, anything you could think of when you want a little something from both worlds 🙂

Fasten your seatbelts because when it comes to food, Impiana Patong (as well as his bigger sister above) takes you on a trip through a thousand cuisines that pamper your taste buds.

Sala Bua is their Mediterranean with an Asian twist restaurant that got awards after awards and has a fabulous view over the Andaman sea and its gorgeous sunset.

3Spices, a restaurant we went to numerous times during our travels to Phuket, is on the more traditional side and it’s very interesting how it mixes Indian, Chinese, Malay, and, of course, Thai cuisine.
